Sanjay kaul

Sanjay started his career in India, where he was Head chef of two most well-known Indian restaurants named Bukhara and The Great Kebab Factory. He acquired his Hotel Managment Diploma in 1993 from Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Chandigarh. Sanjay moved to London in 2005, where he continued his culinary journey, he has worked as a head Chef with Chor Bizarre, Madhu’s and Hampton by Hilton. Apart from being a Chef, Sanjay is a fully qualified member of The Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (MCIEH).

Apart from being a Chef, Sanjay is also a member of The Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (MCIEH) and he is qualified and a skilled Health & Food Safety professional.

He holds 2 NEBOSH National Certificates in Occupational Health & Safety and Fire Safety & Risk Management. Sanjay also holds a Higher Certificate in Food Premises Inspection (Level 5) from North East Surrey College of Technology, Epsom, Surrey.
